* Update Information

       Due to the style of format change it will be more important to
    take notes and keep track of general update information.  I will
    update this file when I can of important update concepts and info.
    To figure out File #s in relation to updates check out the update
    and see what file number it is in the top header section.  Thus
    Update 31 might be file 112 so the next file is 113.
