If/when Chion can get ahold of Farseeker he will cast waterbreathing
(freshwater from water powers list) on himself (while holding
Farseeker) and hold his breath unless he goes under. That will
allow Farseeker to breath freshwater. If he cannot get ahold of
him he will try to kill the nearest attacker instead.
