If the Perception spell on Chion indicates to her that Dispelling the
Silent Terror could and likely would work to bring Chion back to his
senses Z'leyra will cast a max EL Purification, wrap her spell chain
around Chion and her wrists and cast Dispel Chaos at max EL through
her staff to dispel the Silent Terror. She will be careful to target
only the Silent Terror spell, avoiding dispelling other spells or
items. If the dispel works and Chion comes to his senses she will
untie and release him.

If this has been successful she will repeat for each other person
affected. Note that she will be draining her mana batteries equally
for these spells.
