As she isn't as fast as the flier she will turn back after losing sight of the flier in the distance...unless the flier lands first, in which case she will memorize where it landed and hurry back to the party. [Since the flier is about pmr 3 faster it will take about as long to lose sight as it would a take normal human to run far enough to lose sight of an object the size of the flier down a long very straight road.
